You may qualify if you:

  • Are 65 years or older
  • Are 19 years or younger
  • Have had an overnight hospital stay or outpatient/day surgery within the last 12 months for a condition requiring physiotherapy
  • Receive Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) benefits

If eligible, there is no fee for physiotherapy services. A valid Ontario health card (OHIP card) is required for most eligible patients. No referral is required, but having one from your healthcare provider is recommended to help us better understand your needs and treatment goals.
